Is anyone bothered by

The President had a conference with the Governors of the States in Washington D.C.

The President had the American Press in the room, made his opening remarks and then told the Press to leave.  He stated that we'll get the press out of here and then we'll take questions.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE??????

An American president talking to the States governors and the Press wasn't allowed?

The Free Press, the watchdogs of freedom, the reporters and investigators of the government were not allowed to be in the room when the President speaks with the Governors?

What was said?  Who said it?  Was it a conference to take away individual citizens rights? Without the Press there how do you know that is true or false?  Did he say he would raise taxes unilaterally?  Without the Press there how do you know that is true or false? Did he threaten any of the governors to do things his way or Federal money going to their respective states will be cut off?  Without the Press there how do you know that is true or false?  What was said, who said it, and how does it affect our citizens? Without the Press there how do you know who said what?

Democracy doesn't work until the media does its job, as stated on Fox News!  How can the media do its job when they are sent out of the room like little children not old enough to hear an adult conversation?

And why please tell me why the press left!!!!
And why please tell me why --  the Governors stayed.

If the Press isn't invited to a public meeting of the President and Governors -  crash the event.  If the Governors are told the Press has to leave -- leave with them.

If the President wants a private meeting with friends and family that is okay.  The Press doesn't need to be in his bathroom, bedroom, or shower, or at his private dinner parties.

If the President wants to have a conference with the elected Governors of the States it is the constitutional responsibility of the Press to find out why and report on it.

Anything less is sinister back room politics that reeks of despotism and demagoguery.

To the Press - get a backbone and start investigating the facts of what this administration is doing and report it in its entirety without the filter of liberal worship of a progressive tyrant.

This administration is trying to restrict the constitutional rights of gun owners.  It seems the constitutional right of a free press is next on the agenda.

Food for thought.
